The ultimate Martini cocktail?

Our Wessex Vesper combines two parts Ramsbury Gin, two parts Ramsbury Vodka and one part Bramley & Gage Dry Vermouth.

Both Ramsbury spirits begin life as Horatio wheat grown on the Ramsbury Estate and are distilled through a 43-plate copper still, producing their distinctive smooth character.

Bramley & Gage Dry Vermouth is made in Somerset with wormwood and 12 selected botanicals, fruits and spices infused into dry wine, adding aromatic depth to the cocktail.

The result is a bold, smooth and wonderfully complex Vesper Martini.

Drink it extremely cold and garnish however the mood takes you – a green olive, silverskin onion or simple twist of lemon peel all work beautifully.
