Do I need to be over 18 to order?
Yes. By law, you must be 18 or over to purchase alcoholic drinks from us. We use an inbuilt age verification service to ensure that you are 18+ years old when checking out. Further information about this service can be found here.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days.
Estimated delivery times:
1–2 days after dispatch
2–4 days after dispatch
You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.
Do you offer Click & Collect?
Not yet — but it’s coming soon! If you're a local customer, join our mailing list to be the first to hear when Click & Collect becomes available at markets or partner venues.
Do your cocktails need to be refrigerated?
Our bottled cocktails are shelf-stable but taste best served chilled. We recommend refrigerating after opening and consuming within 7 days.
What size bottles do you sell?
Most of our cocktails are available in 50cl full-size bottles and 5cl miniatures, perfect for tasting or gifting.
Do you sell at markets or in person?
Yes! We attend regular market stalls across the UK. Follow us on Instagram or join our email list to find out where we’ll be next.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay via our secure checkout.
Can I return or exchange an order?
Due to the nature of our products, we can’t accept returns on opened bottles. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll put it right.
