Thank you for shopping with The Best of Wessex. We aim to make delivery clear and straightforward, whether you choose home delivery or local collection.

UK Delivery

We currently offer UK delivery using Tracked Royal Mail.

Standard UK delivery:

Tracked Royal Mail — £4.95

Delivery costs will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Order Processing

We aim to prepare and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. We cannot be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

Local Pick-Up

Local pick-up is available from Salisbury Market every Tuesday and Saturday.

You will be able to select local pick-up at checkout if available. Please bring your order confirmation with you when collecting your order.

Alcohol Orders

As we sell alcohol, you must be 18 or over to place an order. By ordering from The Best of Wessex, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age.

You may be asked to provide valid photo ID upon delivery or collection. If suitable proof of age cannot be provided, the order may not be released.

Delivery Delays

While we do our best to ensure orders arrive promptly, delivery times may vary due to Royal Mail service delays, bank holidays, weather conditions or other circumstances outside our control.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or something is missing, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the damaged packaging or products, where relevant. We will review the issue and do our best to help.
