The Wessex Negroni No.3 combines equal measures of Ramsbury Gin, Bramley & Gage Dry Vermouth and Campari for a bold, bittersweet cocktail with a slightly drier finish.

Serve chilled over ice with a sliver of orange peel, or lengthen with a little Cava or Blanc de Blancs.
