Crafted to honour a century of bold flavour, Wessex Negroni No.1 is our regional tribute to the iconic cocktail first mixed in Florence in 1919 for Count Camillo Negroni.

This reimagined version was born in 2019 -100 years later - following many delightfully messy tasting sessions across Wiltshire, Dorset, and Gloucestershire.

Loved by the likes of Hemingway, Orson Welles, Enzo Apicella, and the late great Anthony Bourdain, the Negroni has always invited experimentation. 

Our No.2  features an expertly balanced blend of local spirits and was designed for people who preferred vodka to gin.
