Our Wessex Gin Martini combines four parts Ramsbury Gin (40% ABV) with one part Bramley & Gage Dry Vermouth (18% ABV).

Ramsbury Gin begins life as Horatio wheat grown on the Ramsbury Estate before being distilled through a 43-plate copper still for an exceptionally smooth texture.

Nine botanicals – including juniper, fresh quince, cinnamon, liquorice, orris root, coriander, lemon peel, orange peel and angelica – give the gin its distinctive character.

The Bramley & Gage Dry Vermouth is made in Somerset using wormwood and 12 selected botanicals, fruits and spices infused into dry wine.

Together they create a crisp, beautifully balanced classic Martini.

Serve as cold as possible with a twist of lemon or a green olive.
