This Vermouth has an outstanding taste because it is made using Medjool dates, wormwood and thirteen botanicals.

We think it is the dates that make this a sweet vermouth capable of challenging the Italian classics and the reason that it is the key element in our famous Wessex Negroni.

It has a distinct, sweet aromatic flavour with herbal notes from the thyme and rosemary grown less than a mile from the distillery adding to the core presence of dates.

This Sweet Vermouth is a versatile addition to any drinks cabinet and an essential ingredient in some of the world's best-known cocktails.
