Made using wormwood, botanicals, fruits and spices this carefully crafted English Vermouth uses a dozen ingredients that are infused in a dry wine for a distinct aromatic flavour.

This is what we consider to be the key of Martini cocktails and when chilled is a very stylish retro drink on its own.

Taste before you buy at any of our markets. 

Use it with gin to make a Gin Martini, with vodka for a Vodka Martini, or as part of a Vesper Martini.

Dry vermouth is also used in our Wessex Negroni No.3 and Wessex Negroni No.4, creating a crisper alternative to the traditional sweet-vermouth Negroni.

Keep refrigerated after opening and serve well chilled.
