Keeving is an artisan method for making naturally sweetened cider. The process prevents yeast from fully fermenting the apple juice into cider, so some natural fruity sweetness remains. 

Clear and fruity with soft tannins.

This single variety, traditional method, dry cider has been left to age in the bottle since January 2023

It is slightly sparkling and presents a drink full of flavour and tannin with natural smokey flavours complimenting its complexity.
