Our Sloe gin is made using generous quantities of hand-picked hedgerow sloes, combined with sugar and a smooth London Dry Gin.
The sloes are left to steep slowly in the gin for at least six months, allowing plenty of time for their rich fruit flavour and natural character to develop.
The result is a beautifully smooth and intensely fruity sloe gin, balancing ripe berry sweetness with some of the distinctive tartness of freshly picked sloes.
A lovely choice for anyone who enjoys traditional British fruit gins and richly flavoured spirits.
