The ultimate Martini?

Two parts Ramsbury Gin (40% abv), two parts Ramsbury and one part Bramley & Gage dry Vermouth (18% abv) are the ingredients.

Ramsbury Gin and Ramsbury vodka unlike many spirits  in the West country, do not start their lives life being delivered as a tanker of neutral  alcohol. 

They come from the Ramsbury Estate as Horatio wheat and are then distilled through a 43 plate copper still to create a truly smooth texture.  

The team at Ramsbury add various botanicals (juniper, fresh quince, cinnamon, liquorice, oris root, coriander, dried lemon peel, dried orange peel and angelica) to create these wonderful much awarded spirits.  

Bramley & Gage dry Vermouth is made in Somerset using wormwood, 12 specially selected botanicals, fruits and spices that are infused in a dry wine for a distinct aromatic flavour.

This is the key to the Vesper cocktail as it's far superior in both texture and taste to supermarket Vermouths. drink very cold and garnish with whatever takes your fancy.

Olives, silver skin onions or a simple twist of lemon peel are all acceptable. Take your pick....
