The Wessex Dirty Martini

Favoured by James Bond the Dirty Martini is based on a\classic Martini with a hint of Olive Brine.

At The Best of Wessex we use the basic Gin Martini and add a small measure of brine from a jar of olives which is strained through muslin to catch any small fragments of olive.
