The Best of Wessex Cider Punch Kit: Makes 3.3 litres FROM October 1st 2024

First created and tasted at Horse Guards Parade, Whitehall on Thursday 2nd December 2021, this is one of the best blended drinks we have ever produced.

Inspired by the Temperley family of Burrow Hill Cider, this wonderful winter drink blends cider, a 3-year-old cider brandy, brown sugar and the perfect addition of sachets containing cinnamon, ginger, lemon zest, cloves and allspice.

While we named this the Best of Wessex Cider Punch, many of the tasters involved in its creation called it the Best of Wessex Cider Knock Out....

In your kit you will find:

• 3 litres of medium Burrow Hill Cider
• 300cl of 3-Year-Old Somerset Cider Brandy
• 6 sachets of Green Cuisine Spices for mulled cider
• 166 gms of Billington Dark Cane Sugar
